Start with 5g of leaf and 120\u2013150mL of water close to 100\u00b0C (212\u00b0F). Warm the vessel first. Keep the first few infusions short, then add around 3\u20135 seconds as the leaves open. Adjust the leaf-to-water ratio to taste; for a larger mug or pot, use less leaf and separate it from the liquor when the tea is ready.<\/p>\n

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and strong odors. Close the tin or inner bag promptly after taking out the leaves, and keep it away from kitchen steam.
