الوصف
Gong Pai Mingqian AAA West Lake Longjing Tea, 100 g Gift Box is a Chinese loose leaf green tea from Hangzhou, Zhejiang. This selection is picked before Qingming and pan-fired into the flat leaf shape associated with Longjing, also known as Dragonwell.

The 100 g gift presentation
A deep green presentation box pairs a gold landscape design with two decorated tea jars. Open-box and close-up views show how the jars sit inside and how the design continues across the lid. The stated net tea weight is 100 g for the set.

The net weight is 100 g of tea, approximately 3.53 oz. Teaware, decorative objects and food used to style the photographs are for display.
Leaves, aroma and the brewed cup
The product profile describes a fresh fragrance and a clean, mellow taste. Dry-leaf and brewing photographs let you compare the flat leaves with the pale liquor and opened leaf shape. Your brew will also depend on the amount of tea, water temperature and steeping time.

AAA is the grade stated for this product; it is separate from the Mingqian picking period. To understand the season terms, read our Mingqian and Yuqian Longjing guide.

Brewing and storage
Start with 2.5–3 g of tea and 150–200 mL of water at about 80–85°C (176–185°F). Taste after 1–2 minutes, then adjust the strength to your preference. A clear glass lets you watch the leaves open; porcelain is a practical choice if you prefer to pour the tea off the leaves.
Keep the tea sealed, cool and dry, away from light, moisture and strong odors. If refrigerating, let the unopened package return to room temperature before opening. The stated shelf life is 540 days from production; check the package for its dates.
