Tianzhihong Classic Xiangcha Gift Box Keemun Black Tea, 200g contains 50 × 4 g individually sealed portions of loose tea. This Premium Grade (Te Ji) selection is supplied in gift box with inner tea containers, with a total net weight of 200g.
The stated picking season is spring, and the origin is Huangshan, Anhui, China. Keemun is the traditional English name for Qimen. Check the package for the harvest or production information specific to your tea.

Classic Xiangcha, packed for sharing
This Classic Xiangcha selection comes in individual portions inside the red gift packaging. The maker’s notes describe a bright reddish liquor, a sweet, fresh taste and a lingering aroma.

Look at the infused leaves as well as the dry tea. Water, leaf quantity and steeping time will change the color and strength of the liquor.

Packaging and everyday use
Each inner packet contains loose tea, rather than a paper or pyramid infuser bag. Open a packet and tip the leaves into a gaiwan, teapot or removable infuser. Keep unused portions sealed until needed.

Brewing and storage
As a starting point for a small gaiwan, use 2–5 g of tea with water around 90–95°C (194–203°F). Begin with a short 2–5 second infusion, decant promptly, then taste before adjusting later pours. A larger cup will need a different leaf-to-water balance and timing.
Separate the leaves from the liquor between infusions. Reseal the tea after use and store it dry, away from light, moisture and strong odors. The stated shelf life is 1,825 days; follow the production and expiry dates on the actual pack.
