Traditional: the tea and its presentation
The 180g traditional set keeps the six-tin presentation in a more compact quantity: each tin contains 30g of loose-leaf black tea. Open one tin at a time for a regular tea routine, or choose the set when you want a gift box without the larger 300g allocation.

Leaf and cup
Pine-smoke fragrance and a longan-like sweetness define its traditional style. The open-box image on this page shows the 180g configuration. Dry-leaf, liquor and infused-leaf photographs offer a closer look at the tea itself.

Brewing notes
Start with 5g of leaf and 120–150mL of water close to 100°C (212°F). Warm the vessel first. Keep the first few infusions short, then add around 3–5 seconds as the leaves open. Adjust the leaf-to-water ratio to taste; for a larger mug or pot, use less leaf and separate it from the liquor when the tea is ready.
