Design and finish
This 900mL handmade silver kettle keeps the decoration simple: a rounded body, a raised overhead handle and a hammered surface. The plain form puts the changing reflections of the silver in focus.
The high handle frames a faceted, clear-toned lid knob. An upward-curving spout completes the profile. Open-lid and overhead views show the vessel's interior, while the pouring photograph gives a useful sense of scale.

A closer look

Silver teaware in use
The demonstration includes several silver teaware styles. See the photographs and specifications on this page for the selected design.
Handworked silver
The workshop reference photographs below show silver being hammered and annealed, decoration being engraved, and components being filed and fitted. Shaping and finishing vary with the form and decoration.

After your tea session
Let the vessel cool before cleaning. Rinse gently, dry with a soft cloth and store it dry. Small variations in texture and detail are part of handworked pieces.
