Design and finish
Si Ting translates a slender, pear-shaped silhouette into a 150mL handmade silver teapot. A rising curved spout and tall lid draw the eye upward, while the rounded lower body keeps the form grounded.
The hammered surface changes from band to band along the body. Interior, lid and underside photographs show the construction details, including the stamped mark on the base.

A closer look

Handworked silver
The workshop reference photographs below show silver being hammered and annealed, decoration being engraved, and components being filed and fitted. Shaping and finishing vary with the form and decoration.

After your tea session
Let the vessel cool before cleaning. Rinse gently, dry with a soft cloth and store it dry. Small variations in texture and detail are part of handworked pieces.
