付款政策

Review first, payment second

We generally review an order request within three business days. There is no charge for submitting it. Before payment, you receive a quotation with the product amount, shipping charge, taxes collected by us and the USD total. Check the dispatch address, any import-charge arrangements and the expiry, then confirm your acceptance using the instructions supplied with the quotation.

If we change the price, destination details or charges, you must accept the revised quotation before paying. Expired quotations must be reviewed again.

PayPal

PayPal is the intended payment method for reviewed orders, subject to activation and availability at checkout for your country and transaction. Pay only after receiving a reviewed quotation, using the secure website payment instructions provided for that order. Live payments are not available while checkout is in test mode or closed. Do not send payment to an email address supplied in a message unless its authenticity has been independently verified.

Available PayPal funding options depend on PayPal and your eligibility. We do not guarantee guest card checkout. Other services, including WorldFirst, are not offered unless they have been activated and are explicitly shown for your order.

Currency and charges

Orders are quoted and charged in US dollars. Exchange calculations shown to staff are references; they do not change an accepted USD total. Your bank or PayPal may use its own exchange rate and apply charges. Destination import charges not collected by us are explained in the quotation and shipping policy.

Payment confirmation and failures

A payment is confirmed only after the payment provider reports successful capture and it is reconciled to the order. An authorization, screenshot or return to our website is not sufficient. If a payment appears pending or fails, check your order and contact us before retrying to avoid a duplicate payment. We investigate duplicate or unmatched payments and arrange the appropriate correction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and provider capabilities. A refund request or staff approval is different from a completed refund. We review return requests within three business days and issue refunds due for returned goods within three business days after receipt, subject to any earlier applicable legal deadline. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in China. We confirm the refund once it has been issued; your provider determines when it appears in your account.
