Terms of Sale

These terms explain purchases from Sandao, operated by Shanghai Songpin Tea Co., Ltd. Please read them with our payment, shipping, returns and privacy policies. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Requests, quotations and acceptance

Submitting an order request does not charge you or confirm acceptance of a sale. We generally review requests within three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in China. We check availability, the proposed destination, packaging and delivery options. Contact us if you have a deadline.

The reviewed quotation identifies the goods, quantities, product amount, shipping, taxes collected by us, destination, charge arrangements and expiry. Check these details before accepting. A changed quotation requires your acceptance again. A sale is confirmed when payment has been captured and we send the order confirmation; a request, payment authorization or browser success screen alone is not proof of captured payment. This does not restrict any earlier contract formation required by applicable law.

2. Products and availability

Descriptions and photographs relate to the item or type identified in the listing. Handcrafted items may have stated variations in size, color, texture or finish. Natural variations do not excuse a product that is damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Ask us to clarify any characteristic essential to your purchase before paying.

Stock is checked during review. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about a replacement or refund; we will not substitute it without agreement.

3. Prices and payment

Confirmed orders are charged in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges, which it determines. Only payment methods shown at checkout for your transaction are accepted. See our 付款政策.

4. Delivery and import charges

Goods ship from mainland China unless the quotation says otherwise. Destination availability and delivery estimates are confirmed during review. The quotation states whether import charges are included. An amount of zero in taxes collected by us does not necessarily mean no import charges are payable. See our shipping policy.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and complaints

You may cancel an unpaid request by contacting us. After payment, email us a clear withdrawal or assistance request with your name and order number. A valid withdrawal notice does not depend on staff approval. We review return requests within three business days and issue refunds due for returned goods within three business days after receipt, subject to any earlier deadline required by applicable law. Sandao pays return shipping for a mistake or problem on our side; the customer pays for returns for reasons on their side, subject to applicable law. 6. Accounts and communications

Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep your account secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. We may request clarification of incomplete details. Original-script addresses are retained; any Latin-script dispatch version must be checked before payment. Transliteration does not verify that an address exists.

We handle order correspondence and shipment evidence for order support. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. For current order assistance, email the address below.

7. Changes and applicable rights

The terms supplied with your confirmed quotation apply to that order. Later website changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections in your place of residence.
